Umineko no Naku Koro ni Portable

Umineko no Naku Koro ni Portable (うみねこのなく頃にPortable, When the Seagulls Cry Portable) is a series of ports of the PlayStation 3 remakes of Umineko When They Cry for PlayStation Portable. Umineko no Naku Koro ni Portable 1 covers Legend of the Golden Witch and Turn of the Golden Witch and was released on October 20, 2011. Umineko no Naku Koro ni Portable 2 covers Banquet of the Golden Witch and Alliance of the Golden Witch and was released on November 17, 2011.

Promotion and Release

The game was first announced on July 28, 2011 alongside an announcement that Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru would be ported to PlayStation3 as Nocturne of Truth and Illusions. The release dates for Portable 1 and 2 were revealed, with plans to release Portable 3 and beyond, however only 1 and 2 ever came out.
